Mike Elfrank is a passionate, significant man, fully accepted by Jesus Christ. Married in 1979 to Nancy L. Hinchey, he is the father of five children; Scott, Tamera, Julia, Miranda, and Ashley. The Elfrank family has been blessed with several grandchildren.

Retired from the Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group after 28 years, Mike became a licensed REALTOR ® in the state of Missouri in 2006. Mike received his certification as a Lifecoach in January of 2009.

Experience

Mike's father worked in the automotive repair industry, so it was a natural choice for Mike to start his career working as a mechanic. He worked at several locations in St. Louis and Jefferson County, including the Ford dealership in Festus and Dave Sinclair Ford in South St. Louis until June of 1979.

Mike played key roles in the startup of the Anheuser-Busch Metal Container can manufacturing facility in Arnold, Missouri in 1979 and the Anheuser-Busch Eagle Packaging plastics manufacturing facility in Bridgeton, Missouri in 2000. A good communicator with skills in management, training development and instruction, he is known as a hard working, logical thinking diagnostician, with a positive mental attitude, who learns quickly and will follow through on commitments.

Education

Mike graduated from Festus Senior High School in May, 1969 and began his first year of college in the fall of that year after which he entered the work force full-time.

Re-entering College to complete his education in 1996, Mike graduated from The University of Missouri, St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in logistics and operations management in January of 2003. Consistently on the dean's list during that period, he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mike completed his Master's Degree in Psychology at Kaplan University of Davenport, Iowa with a perfect 4.0 gpa.

Associations

  • Mike is currently working as a Life Coach in the St. Louis region.
  • Mike is the director of operations for Focus Seminars of St. Louis.
  • Mike was ordained as an Elder at Fairview Christian Church in June 2003.
  • Mike was a member of Alpha-Sigma-Lambda fraternity while at UMSL. He was a member of the National Honor Society from 1998 through 2002.
  • Mike is associated with The Hermann London Group, LLC as a Real Estate Consultant.
